About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Specialist to lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and events across Morocco. This role is pivotal in driving lead generation, pipeline influence, and revenue impact through both digital and in-person engagement strategies.
The ideal candidate will bring B2B marketing expertise, a strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM), and the ability to deliver high-impact campaigns that align with business growth objectives. You will collaborate with senior leadership and marketing teams to ensure every initiative contributes directly to brand visibility and business success.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead demand generation initiatives to achieve growth objectives in Morocco.
* Design and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, PR, direct mail, and events.
* Manage ABM 1-1 and 1-Few campaigns to engage targeted accounts and influence key decision-makers.
* Plan and deliver conferences, webinars, and promotional events that enhance market presence and generate high-quality leads.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment of campaigns with business goals.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
* Utilize data-driven insights for audience segmentation and campaign optimization.
* Oversee creative development of content and visuals to ensure compelling brand storytelling.
* Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
* Manage allocated marketing budgets effectively and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
* Proven track record in campaign management and measurable demand generation.
* Hands-on experience with ABM strategies and targeted audience engagement.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into marketing insights.
* Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, or similar marketing automation tools is a plus.
* Trilingual proficiency (English, Arabic, French) highly preferred.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
