Role Description

This full-time role of Manager of Finance and Administration, Office Manager, is located on-site in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. The position involves supervising day-to-day office operations, managing financial reporting and budgets, overseeing administrative staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also includes responsibilities such as coordinating vendor relationships, payroll administration, and maintaining accurate records. The Manager will work closely with leadership to support strategic planning and ensure efficient functioning of organizational processes.

Qualifications

* Financial Management and Budgeting, including financial reporting, budget planning, and expense control
* Administrative Operations, such as office management, record-keeping, and staff supervision
* Vendor and Supplier Coordination, focusing on procurement and contract management
* Compliance and Regulation Knowledge, including adherence to organizational policies and standards
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting software
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
* Previous experience in finance and administrative leadership roles
* Master degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required
* Experience with Odoo is a massive plus
