Main mission:
The Management Controller's mission is to manage and optimize the company's financial performance. They implement and monitor the tools necessary for cost management, financial performance analysis, and budget forecasting.
Responsibilities:
* Financial Analysis: Analyze the financial performance of the company, departments, and projects to propose corrective actions.
* Budget monitoring: Develop and monitor budgets, ensure forecasts are met, and propose adjustments as necessary.
* Dashboards: Implement and maintain financial and operational dashboards to assist in decision-making.
* Cost Control: Analyze and control costs in different areas of the business (purchasing, distribution, etc.).
* Reporting: Produce monthly and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
* Forecasting: Develop regular financial forecasts to anticipate financing needs, investments, and profitability.
* Internal Audit: Ensure that the company's financial and accounting practices comply with internal and external standards.
* Support for managers: Provide support to the various departments in the management of their budget and in the analysis of their performance.
Skills required:
* Education: Bac+5 in finance, management control, or accounting (Master's degree in business management, business school, etc.).
* Experience: Significant experience of 5 years in management control or a similar position.
* Technical skills: Mastery of management tools (Excel, SAP, ERP, accounting, and management control software).
* Personal qualities: Analytical mind, rigor, ability to work under pressure, good communication, and pedagogy.
