🌟 We’re Hiring | Senior Manager – Commercial Finance (Trading & Mark-to-Market Focus) 🌟

We are looking for an experienced commercial finance professional to join our trading organization and help drive accuracy, transparency, and insight across our commercial performance reporting.

This role will act as a strategic partner to our trading desks — reviewing sales performance, validating pricing and costing decisions, and ensuring accurate tagging and mark-to-market treatment of trades. The successful candidate will work closely with both Finance and Trading teams to support effective decision-making and maintain strong financial control.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze commercial performance across trading activities

• Perform pricing & costing assessments with clear financial rationale

• Ensure accurate trade tagging, valuation, and mark-to-market accounting

• Support monthly closing, variance analysis, and commercial reporting

• Partner with trading, risk, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and improve control processes

• Develop performance dashboards and insights to support strategic decisions

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of mark-to-market / fair value accounting is essential

• Experience in commodity trading, trading risk management, or related financial markets

(Profiles from banking treasury / trading desks may also be considered if technical accounting knowledge is solid)

• 7+ years in commercial finance, financial controlling, or product control

• Professional qualification CA / CPA / ACCA preferred

• Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and stakeholder communication
