ZOOMLION Morocco is hiring a Local Financing Manager, the key candidate has experience in liaising with financial institutions and exploring third-party financing institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain regular communication and visits with regional partner financial institutions; conduct annual reviews and comprehensive assessments based on business performance, level of cooperation, and other dimensions. Develop tiered evaluation results to provide a solid basis for future cooperation decisions.
2. Communicate with regional field business teams, participate in regional opportunity reviews, Gain timely insights into customer needs and background, identify potential risks and provide recommendations, and guide the execution of tripartite financing arrangements.
3. Oversee the intake and management of all tripartite business submissions within the system’s order management module, ensuring that submission materials comply with the business requirements of partner financial institutions, and monitor the overall progress of submissions.
4. Track and follow up on the list of required documents and related requirements for loan disbursement by third-party financial institutions; upon disbursement, promptly collect disbursement vouchers and ensure timely follow-up on fund settlement.
5. Take charge of building the local financing team, including team recruitment, training, performance management, and daily operations, to ensure overall business effectiveness and goal achievement.
6. Establish the local financial cooperation channels, use the local financial business models, to overall improve the financial business penetration rate Complete the company’s business target.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business Management;
2. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with financial institutions and business teams;
3. Familiarity with financial institution processes and financing operation models; prior relevant experience is a plus;
4. Proficiency in French or other local languages, with solid business-level English communication skills; able to independently handle English documentation and business exchanges;
5. Strong logical thinking and risk identification capabilities, with a high sense of responsibility and strong execution skills.
6. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in working local financial leasing companies or banks.
