Position: Jurist / Legal Associate  

Employment Type: Full-time. 

We are seeking a highly capable Jurist to join our team. Our ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a solid foundation in Moroccan law including corporate/commercial law, contracts, regulatory compliance, and a collaborative approach that supports our client-centered philosophy. 

Key Responsibilities 

* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with precision and clarity. 
* Conduct legal research on complex issues, synthesize findings, and prepare legal opinions. 
* Assist in case preparation, including discovery, writing memos and briefs. 
* Monitor regulatory developments relevant to the firm’s practice areas and advise on compliance implications. 
* Maintain meticulous file management and timesheets; ensure compliance with firm policies and ethical standards. 

Qualifications 

* Master's degree in law from an accredited institution. 
* 1–2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within an international law firm. 
* Fluency in English, French and Arabic.
