Junior Product Owner

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Owner to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Junior Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our global product. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and commercial, to translate the product vision into actionable user stories and a well-managed backlog. Your contribution will directly impact the success of our product in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Backlog Management: Assist the engineering team in managing and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring it is aligned with the overall product strategy and business objectives.
* User Story Creation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, concise, and well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria.
* Agile/Scrum Participation: Actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between the development team and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of product goals and requirements.
* Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our AI-powered real estate platform, our target users, and the competitive landscape.
* Feature Definition: Support the definition and refinement of new product features and enhancements, considering the needs of our global user base.
* Data-Informed Decisions: Assist in analyzing user feedback, market research, and data to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement.
* Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate product updates, priorities, and progress to all relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

* Fluent in English (written and verbal) is a mandatory requirement for this role to effectively collaborate with our international team and stakeholders.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in a product management, business analysis, or a similar role within a technology-driven environment.
* A keen interest in Artificial Intelligence and its applications.
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
* 1Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global team.
* A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for learning and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in the real estate technology (PropTech) industry.
* Experience working with AI or machine learning-based products.
* Hands-on experience with product management tools such as Jira or Trello.
* A basic understanding of software development processes.
