About the Role

MS2 Bilingual is proactively recruiting experienced IT Technical Support professionals in Morocco for upcoming offshore opportunities with our international clients.

You’ll play a key role in providing remote assistance, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth system performance for global users.


Responsibilities

* Provide remote IT assistance via chat, email, or phone
* Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
* Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams
* Document technical incidents and resolutions accurately
* Maintain strong client communication and service quality

Requirements

* Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
* Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
* Reliable internet connection and professional workspace
* Flexibility to work international schedules
