Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Support Technician specializing in hardware with a focus on Camera Dashcam and GPS technologies. The role is located in Casablanca-Settat, Morocco. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and performing installing and maintaining camera and GPS systems & Sensor, assisting with computer setup and software configuration, as well as ensuring all equipment is operating efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
* Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
* Experience with Configuration and installation GPS and Camera Dashcam & Sensor.
* Knowledge of Camera Dashcam and GPS system & Sensor installation and maintenance
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the technician.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Experience in the IT or IoT industry is a plus
* Managed installed materials, stock inventory, and SIM card provisioning.
* Repair and unblocked the GPS boitier.
* Speak Arabic and English.
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
