Project scope:

• Delivering end-to-end IT Talent Acquisition service directly to Customers against tight deadlines, service levels, and targets.

• Sourcing candidates from a variety of channels, media tools, and tactics

• Building and maintaining trustworthy, long-term relationships with Clients

• Delivering the highest level of advisory to candidates on career progression, legal and financial matters

• Supporting Sales Teams with market analysis on trends, capacity, and availability of IT Talent

• Analyzing and reporting individual metrics and pipeline data against expected results

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on the IT industry.

• Prior experience working in a consulting or agency environment (e.g., recruitment or outsourcing firms).

• Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market dynamics.

• Proficiency in using a range of sourcing methods and recruitment tools.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, adapt tactics, and achieve recruitment goals.
