IT Mana­ger (m/f/d)

Your new Role and Respon­si­bi­li­ties

  • Lead, deve­lop and coor­di­na­te the local IT team and ensu­re effi­ci­ent day-to-day IT ope­ra­ti­ons

  • Act as the pri­ma­ry repre­sen­ta­ti­ve of the IT orga­niza­ti­on towards local manage­ment and all busi­ness depart­ments

  • Ser­ve as the main inter­face bet­ween the Ope­ra­tio­nal Busi­ness Unit (OBU) and the glo­bal IT Shared Ser­vice Cen­ter (IT SSC)

  • Coor­di­na­te and mana­ge all IT-rela­ted requests, pro­jects and acti­vi­ties within the busi­ness unit

  • Ensu­re the avai­la­bi­li­ty, per­for­mance and secu­ri­ty of IT infra­struc­tu­re, sys­tems, net­works and end-user ser­vices

  • Moni­tor IT ser­vice deli­very and sup­port acti­vi­ties while ensu­ring high cus­to­mer satis­fac­tion

  • Dri­ve digi­tal trans­for­ma­ti­on initia­ti­ves and the imple­men­ta­ti­on of inno­va­ti­ve tech­no­lo­gies such as cloud solu­ti­ons, auto­ma­ti­on and AI

  • Defi­ne and imple­ment local IT stra­te­gies in ali­gnment with glo­bal stan­dards and busi­ness objec­ti­ves

  • Ana­ly­ze busi­ness requi­re­ments and trans­la­te them into effec­ti­ve tech­no­lo­gy solu­ti­ons

  • Lead IT pro­jects from fea­si­bi­li­ty ana­ly­sis through imple­men­ta­ti­on and suc­cessful com­ple­ti­on

  • Mana­ge inci­dents, chan­ges, pro­blem reso­lu­ti­on and con­ti­nuous ser­vice impro­ve­ment acti­vi­ties

  • Ensu­re com­pli­ance with cor­po­ra­te IT poli­ci­es, cyber­se­cu­ri­ty requi­re­ments and infor­ma­ti­on secu­ri­ty stan­dards

  • Deve­lop, main­tain and test dis­as­ter reco­very and busi­ness con­ti­nui­ty plans

  • Mana­ge the local IT bud­get, moni­tor cos­ts and sup­port invest­ment plan­ning

  • Coor­di­na­te ven­dor and sup­pli­er rela­ti­onships, inclu­ding con­tract nego­tia­ti­ons and ser­vice reviews

  • Ensu­re com­pli­ance with qua­li­ty manage­ment stan­dards and sup­port inter­nal and exter­nal audits

  • Moni­tor IT per­for­mance indi­ca­tors (KPIs) and imple­ment cor­rec­ti­ve and pre­ven­ti­ve mea­su­res whe­re neces­sa­ry

  • Sup­port tech­ni­cal teams and end users through coa­ching, trai­ning and know­ledge sha­ring

  • Pro­mo­te a cul­tu­re of con­ti­nuous impro­ve­ment, col­la­bo­ra­ti­on and ope­ra­tio­nal excel­lence

  • Ensu­re com­pli­ance with health, safe­ty, envi­ron­men­tal and com­pa­ny regu­la­ti­ons

Your Pro­fi­le

  • Bachelor’s and in ide­al case Master’s Degree in Infor­ma­ti­on Tech­no­lo­gy, Com­pu­ter Sci­ence, Infor­ma­ti­on Sys­tems, Engi­nee­ring or a rela­ted field

  • Mini­mum of 8 years of pro­fes­sio­nal expe­ri­ence in IT infra­struc­tu­re, IT ope­ra­ti­ons or IT manage­ment within an inter­na­tio­nal or mul­ti­na­tio­nal envi­ron­ment (ide­al­ly, expe­ri­ence in a manu­fac­tu­ring envi­ron­ment; auto­mo­ti­ve indus­try is a plus)

  • Mini­mum 5 years of pro­ven expe­ri­ence in team lea­der­ship and pro­ject manage­ment

  • Strong know­ledge of IT infra­struc­tu­re, net­works, ser­vers, ope­ra­ting sys­tems and end-user sup­port

  • Expe­ri­ence with IT ser­vice manage­ment pro­ces­ses and best prac­ti­ces

  • Good under­stan­ding of infor­ma­ti­on secu­ri­ty, cyber­se­cu­ri­ty and busi­ness con­ti­nui­ty manage­ment

  • Know­ledge of cloud tech­no­lo­gies and digi­tal trans­for­ma­ti­on initia­ti­ves

  • Expe­ri­ence in bud­get manage­ment, resour­ce plan­ning and ven­dor manage­ment

  • ITIL Foun­da­ti­on cer­ti­fi­ca­ti­on pre­fer­red

  • Expe­ri­ence with SAP (e.g. 4/HANA)

  • Addi­tio­nal tech­ni­cal cer­ti­fi­ca­ti­ons (Micro­soft, Cis­co, Azu­re, ISO 27001, PMP or equi­va­lent) are con­side­red an advan­ta­ge

  • Strong ana­ly­ti­cal and pro­blem-sol­ving skills

  • Excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and stake­hol­der manage­ment capa­bi­li­ties

  • Cus­to­mer-ori­en­ted mind­set with strong ser­vice deli­very focus

  • Strong team spi­rit and also abili­ty to work inde­pendent­ly and dri­ve results in a dyna­mic envi­ron­ment

  • Strong orga­niza­tio­nal, plan­ning and lea­der­ship skills

  • Flu­ent Eng­lish and French requi­red, Ara­bic and other lan­guages are a plus

  • Wil­ling­ness to tra­vel (also inter­na­tio­nal)
