The AI Scenario Tester position exists to stress test the logic and output of our internal AI tools against complex corporate realities. We need a clear thinker who can create difficult situations for an AI to solve, identifying where its reasoning fails or succeeds. What you will do

• Construct complex business scenarios involving holding companies and portfolio management to test AI logic.

• Input structured data into AI systems and document the accuracy of the resulting advice based on our standards.

• Analyze how AI interprets governance structures and identify potential points of failure or logical gaps.

• Rewrite prompts to improve the clarity and precision of the AI's response to specific corporate questions.

• Collaborate with firm principals to ensure the AI's logic aligns with our internal methodology.

• Maintain a detailed log of AI performance across various strategy and operating model stress tests.

• Research emerging AI testing methods and apply them to our specific consulting framework.

• Provide regular reports on the AI's ability to help form a view on succession or capital allocation problems.

What we are looking for

• A background in business, law, or a humanities field that requires high levels of logical deduction.

• The ability to write with precision and use plain English to describe complex corporate issues.

• An inquisitive mindset that naturally looks for flaws or inconsistencies in a line of reasoning.

• Strong organizational skills to track performance across numerous different tests and scenarios.

• A basic understanding of how large language models function and how to prompt them effectively.
