We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the company's technology function, ensuring that systems, infrastructure, and digital platforms support both current operations and future business growth.

This is a highly visible leadership position that sits at the intersection of technology and the commercial business. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving digital transformation, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless integration across stores, e-commerce, finance, supply chain, and customer-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the IT function across retail stores, head office, and digital operations.

  • Own the technology landscape supporting the company's omnichannel ecosystem, including physical stores, e-commerce, marketplaces, CRM, and mobile platforms.

  • Ensure seamless integration between ERP, POS, WMS, OMS, finance systems, and online sales platforms.

  • Develop and execute the IT strategy and technology roadmap in line with business objectives and future growth plans.

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, system implementations, upgrades, and new store openings.

  • Maintain high levels of system performance, availability, cybersecurity, and data integrity across all business applications.

  • Manage relationships with external technology partners, software vendors, and service providers to ensure high-quality delivery and support.

  • Oversee IT governance, infrastructure, networks, and end-user support across multiple locations.

  • Work closely with senior leadership to identify technology opportunities that improve operational performance and enhance the customer journey.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in an IT leadership role within a retail, fashion, FMCG, or other multi-site consumer-facing environment.

  • Strong understanding of omnichannel retail technology and the integration of online and offline customer journeys.

  • Hands-on experience with retail technology including ERP, POS, WMS, OMS, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.

  • Demonstrated success delivering technology projects, digital transformation initiatives, and systems implementations.

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, cloud technologies, and business applications.

  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.

  • Commercially minded with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.

  • Experience managing third-party vendors, technology partners, and outsourced service providers.

  • Fluent in both French and English. Arabic would be considered a distinct advantage.

  • Based in Morocco, or willing to relocate.
