What You'll Do

At BCG Platinion you will work alongside a bold, energetic and collaborative team. You will evaluate and coach our clients’ technology teams, define technology strategies. This role offers the opportunity to combine your passion for technology with strategic consulting, helping senior leaders make decisions that shape the digital future of their organizations.

You will develop and grow by being exposed to new and complex challenges daily. Interacting with the client’s leadership team together with the BCG Platinion leadership team, you will develop superior digital and technology concepts and architecture solutions as well as manage requirements and configurations actively by applying your sound technical know-how, your understanding of business contexts, and your analytical and conceptual skills.

As an IT Consultant, you will be part of impactful project to:

* Define IT strategies, architecture visions, and enterprise-wide roadmaps
* Drive due diligence and technology assessments, helping clients evaluate platforms, risks, and opportunities.
* Shape Cloud and Data strategies and IT modernization approach to enable scalable and resilient IT foundations.
* Manage technology programs, de-risk complex initiatives, and bring clarity to IT transformations at scale.
* Collaborate with BCG colleagues to deliver impactful change.

What You'll Bring

* 3+ years of experience in IT strategy, technical architecture, or technology consulting (preferably in top-tier IT consulting or leading technology environments).
* Strong exposure in at least two of the following areas:
* Cloud strategies & migrations (Azure, AWS, GCP)
* Data Strategy, Data governance & analytics platforms
* Engineering degree
* Fluent in English and French

* BCG Consultants and Platinion Architects at all levels
* Clients’ senior leadership, including CIOs, CTOs, and CxOs
