What you will do

At BCG Platinion we help our clients anticipate tomorrow's digital world to maintain competitive advantage and bring the tech capabilities they need to achieve digital excellence. We are keen to engage with experienced, passionate, and creative IT Architects who will help us unlock our client’s digital potential and ignite change.

You will play a key role in defining IT master plans and shaping architecture strategies that align technology roadmaps with business ambitions. Working hand-in-hand with senior executives and C-level stakeholders, you will translate strategic objectives into actionable architecture blueprints, ensuring long-term resilience and innovation.

As an IT Architect you will work together with a diverse and collaborative team evaluating and mentoring our clients' technology teams, defining technologies/digital strategies and architecture solutions. You will also contribute to enterprise-wide architecture master planning, helping organizations structure their technology foundations for the next decade.

You will regularly act as a strategic advisor to CIOs, CTOs, and other C-level leaders, supporting them in making high-impact decisions on technology investments, transformation roadmaps, and digital resilience.

You will be exposed to complex and very exciting problems at an enterprise or country scale: large scale tech transformation, cloud strategies, de-risking technology programs, tech modernization/leap frogging, tech due diligence... .You will also be able to upskill in record time your analytical and conceptual skills on various industries (public sector, industrial goods, banking, telecommunication, medias and more!)

WHAT YOU’LL BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

* +2 years' experience in technology consulting, project lead, software development or IT architecture.
* Expertise in one or two topics such as, but not limited to: data architecture, solution architecture, cloud-native architecture, IT integration
* Modern cloud exposure, certification appreciated (Azure, GCP, AWS, Salesforce)
* Fluent in French and English
* Engineering degree
* A relocation package is provided for this role
