We are looking for an experienced IT Analyst to provide on-site IT support for Eaton’s production facility in Nouaceur and one day per week at the Casablanca sales office. This role is the sole local IT point of contact, requiring strong autonomy and problem-solving skills. You will ensure smooth IT operations, resolve technical issues, and support users across two sites, while also contributing to projects and administrative tasks.
What You’ll Do
* Provide Level 1 & 2 IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues on-site, ensuring quick resolution of IT incidents.
* Manage user requests for equipment and peripherals (e.g., laptops, headsets) and assist with setup and configuration.
* Support shopfloor systems and troubleshoot connectivity issues on specialized production machines.
* Guide users on IT tools and platforms and assist with transitions (desktop to laptop, new technologies).
* Maintain IT documentation and inventory, including asset tracking and process updates.
* Coordinate and implement local IT projects, such as printer replacements, server upgrades, and telephony changes.
* Collaborate with remote IT teams to ensure compliance with Eaton standards and ITSM processes.
* Provide training and communication to users on new technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT support roles, including at least 2 years in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
* Languages: Fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
* Technical Expertise: Windows environments, network infrastructure, hardware troubleshooting, SAP support.
Skills
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in production and manufacturing IT environments.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to work independently.
* Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and infrastructure systems (servers, storage, telephony).
* Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITIL) processes.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
