StageYour Role
You’ll join a dynamic, multicultural team working on an innovative educational project. You’ll play a key role across sales, customer success, and operations — with real ownership and autonomy.
Sales & Partnerships
* Track leads and opportunities in our CRM
* Call potential clients to present our offers and follow up effectively
* Support outreach and help build new partnerships (with schools, influencers, etc.)
Customer Success
* Be the main point of contact for interested or existing clients
* Understand their needs and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience
Operations
* Contribute to structuring internal processes
* Help manage schedules, changes, and coordination with educators
* Support the onboarding of new team members
Profile
* Student or recent graduate from a business school, engineering program, or university
* Excellent oral communication in French, English, and Arabic
* Comfortable on the phone, well-organized, proactive
* Strong interest in education and international projects
* Confident using digital tools (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
