We are a fast-growing digital company with clients across industries. As we grow, we’re looking for someone with curiosity, energy, and the drive to grow into a fully-fledged IT Project Manager. You’ll start with small tasks and grow step by step – with full support from our team.

Tasks

You won’t be thrown into the deep end. You’ll grow into this role gradually – with mentoring, feedback, and clear tasks that help you level up.

* Assist in preparing and organizing customer meetings


* Help maintain and update project boards (e.g. ClickUp)


* Support in writing tasks and translating ideas into concrete project steps


* Observe, learn, and slowly take on more responsibility


* Step by step, you’ll become the person coordinating entire projects and communicating directly with clients

Requirements

We don’t expect perfection, we expect potential.

This is the perfect internship if you:

* Have a strong interest in software, tech, or digital workflows


* Have first exposure to IT-related topics (e.g. from university, side projects, or internships)


* Are highly motivated to learn and take initiative


* Are comfortable communicating in English


* Are willing to learn German and reach at least C1/C2 (we’ll support you financially!)


* Are based in Kosovo (Our office is in Prishtine)
