Internship - International Relations / Political science

Halmo Group is looking for a highly motivated person to join our team as an Intern.

Position Summary

This person will report to the Project Manager and assist with preparations and implementation of project activities, meetings, and events in relation to Halmo group's activities. The firm collaborates with businesses and corporations, public institutions, as well as local and international partner organizations. The intern will assist with various activities, particularly:

●      Support the implementation of project activities and events, including liaising with participants.

●      Contribute to writing and reporting on activities and events.

●      Contribute to analytical work produced by experts, on internal and external publications.

●      Contribution to other operational activities of the firm, in collaboration with other departments.

●      Fulfilling other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

Qualifications :

●      BA or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Political science, international relations, economics, project management, or a related field.

●      Strong analytical, research, and/or project management skills.

●      Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English and French.

●      Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

●      Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word) or Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.).

●      High organizational skills and attention to detail.
