* You speak Spanish or Portuguese fluently and English (intermediate).
* You are curious, organized, and have a commercial mindset.
* You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and building relationships easily.
* No previous experience is required — we will train you from scratch through our DARE Academy, with an intensive 4-month training and coaching program.

💼What an International Trade Specialist (Prospector) Does

Your role is key to our commercial operations — you are the one who transforms information into opportunity.

* 🔎Identify surplus stock and commercial opportunities: clearance sales, short shelf-life products, past collections, or canceled orders.
* 🤝 Collaborate with buying and marketing teams to prepare negotiation strategies and effective commercial approaches.
* 📊Analyze and filter market data to propose the best solutions to partners.
