As part of its growth, ARROW ECS is strengthening its teams and is looking for an Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain sales records, update CRM data, and generate sales reports to track progress and provide insights for sales management
* Gain a solid understanding of the company’s products and services
* Provide customers with accurate information about products and services
* Assess customer needs and offer tailored solutions
* Conduct Teams or phone meetings to demonstrate products or services, answer questions, and handle objections

Who are we looking for?

* English B1 and French fluent (mandatory)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong negotiation and sales skills
* Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments
* 3–4 years of relevant experience
* Good knowledge of Excel and CRM
* Strong attention to detail and work autonomously
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
