Summary :
Within the Finance department, is responsible for preparing and supporting the quality of manufacturing activity from accounting across the MEA region by ensuring the implementation and application of IFRS standards and by following Stellantis accounting criteria and supporting all industrial projects in the region.
Main activities :
•Key contact person to implement industrial accounting flows as part of the project's development in the region (process, IT, training)
•Define accounting schemes for each new flow to be implemented.
•Validate the blueprints for each new industrial project to be developed.
•Support and help to train industrial accountants in the entities.
•Actively participate in improving processes and implementing corrective actions with transversal teams in the factories.
•Ensure control, accounting and consistency of industrial and stock flows.
•Monitoring industrial activity indicators in direct relation to controlling teams in MEA’s factories.
•Support industrial legal entities to analyse and justify accounts for stock and provisions linked to industrial flows.
•Carry out monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closings controls to ensure quality of regional financial statements.
Profile :
•Higher education and 5 years of experience in a similar position in a company.
•It is essential to have worked in an industrial entity with good knowledge of accounting principles in industrial flows, GL and IFRS rules.
•Organizational capacity and autonomy to manage several projects simultaneously.
•Rigor, spirit of analysis and synthesis.
•Ability to communicate and work in a team. Good communication skills. Versatility and spirit of initiative
•Good knowledge of office tools (SAP essential) Languages: English (French desirable)
