Description:
Business specialist to support our Middle East & Africa (MEA) to be responsible for ICT governance and solutions implementation according to the Headquarter ICT guidelines and the local/central specifications and requirements. As a senior level employee, the candidate is required to take up ownership and responsibilities which add value to the vision and mission of Stellantis.
Key responsibilities:
* Collects customer requirements proactively, analyzing and formalizing them.
* Identify opportunities for economies of scale, suggest cost benefits and process improvements.
* Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies in existing systems and processes and recommending solutions for improvement.
* Tightly integrates with the business to gather, identify ICT projects that can improves day to day operations that brings value to the company.
* Enforced compliance/ adherence to company policies.
* Collects, aggregates and promotes the locals needs, managing specific problem resolution
* Develops the budget needs and follow up the spending in accordance with the corporate guidelines
* Manages projects and the local ICT resources (corporate applications supporting the Business Processes, personal productivity tools), assuring the integration between the central and local systems
* Uses the assigned ICT budget, implementing the ICT global standards (Hardware, Software, Security, etc.),
* Facilitate the local deployment of corporate ICT solutions
* Working closely with Regional/Global ICT and business departments heads in developing the IS Roadmap for future business requirements.
* Participate on IT Project steering committees
* Work closely with business stakeholders in conducting change management
Qualifications:
Technical skills
* University Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
* Minimum of 5 years experience in ICT department in an international environment and at least 2 years working in a similar role.
* The candidate should have proven experiences on significant SAP project implementations (Commercial, Parts & Services, Sales & Marketing, Finance), and on Infrastructure & ICT Architecture management
* Language: English (Must - Fluent), Italian (Advantage), French (Advantage)

* Economic skills in order to manage budget (running costs and capitalized costs) and business case analysis ability (cost/benefit based on Net Present Value)
* Leading change ability, team working, giving oneself commitment and responsibility, problem solving, fast moving, customer satisfaction orientation, goal achievement orientation, execution
* Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and manage deadlines
* ICT experience and knowledge: Architectures, Software and Hardware, Packages, Office Automation, LAN, WAN, MS packages, Applications, DMS, ERPs, (SAP) BI, CRM , Security, ICT Methods and Standards
* Strong business acumen and proven leadership abilities engaging with individuals at all levels and across various regions of the organization.
* Strong communication and facilitation skills to understand and address issues across multiple disciplines
* Professional demeanor and behavior combined with a proactive and driven approach
* Project Management (ITIL, agile, waterfall)
* Ability to deal with different departments
* Having an automotive experience would be a plus.
* Good experience in Sales & Marketing and Aftersales applications is a plus
