Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team with day-to-day activities, including assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee records, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, preparing documentation, updating HR databases, and helping manage employee benefits and personnel data. The role involves collaborating with managers and employees to address basic HR inquiries, contributing to employee engagement initiatives, and assisting with HR reporting and compliance-related tasks. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Casablanca, requiring regular interaction with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices, with the ability to apply HR principles in a corporate environment.

  • Knowledge of HR Management and Personnel Management to support recruitment, onboarding, performance processes, and employee lifecycle activities.

  • Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits to help ensure consistent application of guidelines and accurate communication to employees.

  • Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with HR information systems or databases.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting in Casablanca and demonstrate a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
