About the Role

As a HR Executive, you will be in charge of strategically leading all human resources functions — including recruitment, training, compensation, employee relations, and compliance — while ensuring alignment with Moroccan labor laws, industrial safety standards, and the company’s headquarters policies in a multicultural, high-risk heavy industry environment.

Responsibilities

* Supervise all human resources functions
* Oversee recruitment
* Manage training programs
* Handle compensation and employee relations
* Ensure compliance with Moroccan labor laws

* Adhere to company policies

Qualifications

* Education: Master's Degree in Management or Human Resources Management specifically.
* Work Experience: 7+ years of HR management in the industry field, preferably in a multicultural environment.
* Required Skills: Full proficiency in French and English, Full autonomy, Interpersonal skills, Persuasion and negotiation capacity
