About the Role
We’re looking for an HR rep to support and manage the experience of our offshore assistants after they’re placed with clients. You’ll work directly with the founder to manage onboarding, resolve issues, strengthen relationships, and build the internal systems that support our fast-growing placement operation.If you enjoy working closely with people, building structure, and keeping a pulse on day-to-day performance, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do
* Serve as the primary point of contact for our contractors
* Run structured success check-ins
* Build rapport with VAs and support them through challenges as they settle into roles
* Document all updates, concerns, and progress inside internal trackers
* Support with conflict resolution and clarify expectations when issues arise
* Maintain clean, organized records across Notion, Tally, Slack, and internal sheets
What We’re Looking For
* 2–4 years experience in HR, people operations, team management, or customer success
* Excellent communication — calm, clear, structured, and supportive
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable using Notion, Slack, Sheets/Excel, HubSpot, Tally, etc
