To strengthen our team at our plant at MEKNES , we are looking for an HR Engagement & Development Senior Specialist ,

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and deliver internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives and with regional calendar, aligned with YEMEA Communications ,

• Create engaging content for internal channels (email, intranet, newsletters, town halls, presentations) , regular basis and upon request/ special projects ,

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, campaigns, and events ,

• Partner with HR, leadership, and managers to support communication, culture initiatives, employee development and internal mobility programs ,

• Measure engagement and communication effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and analytics, respecting YEMEA frame ,

• Support employer branding and internal storytelling through defined channels or initiate new ones ,

• Ensure messaging is consistent, inclusive, and aligned with company values ,

• Lead HR Projects ,

• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S), Quality Management System (QMS), and 5S standards.

Candidate’s Profile:

• Master Degree (Bac+5 or higher) in Human ressources Management , Economic , Communication, Advertising, PR, or a related field .

• Min 4 years of experience in HR development , communication , Hiring or Training with automotive industry experience .

• Experience in leading HR projects ,

• Good analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Languages: Fluent in English & French .
