【Key Responsibilities】:
1. Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, interview scheduling, and offer communication.
2. Administration & Compliance: Assist in the preparation, submission, and filing of company compliance documents to ensure all operations adhere to local legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Government Liaison: Act as a company representative for daily communication and liaison with relevant government agencies.
4. Cross-Regional Collaboration: Maintain close communication with the European HR team to ensure effective collaboration in areas such as recruitment and policy alignment.
【Qualifications】:
1. Language Skills: Full professional fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
2. Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
3. Core Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and planning abilities, with the capacity to multitask efficiently and work effectively under pressure.
