Job Description

* - Manages and supervises the product Section org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
* Designs and leads initiatives with regard to product Section
* Takes Responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of Responsibility
* Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of Responsibility
* Manages and supervises multiple org units within product Section
* Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth

Qualifications And Experience

* Level of Education: Engineer or Master Degree
* Branch Of Study: Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or equivalent
* Experience : A minimum of 7 years in a leadership position in the automotive industry is mandatory
* Language : English and French are mandatory
* Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
