Role Overview
One of our clients is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant with a background in healthcare to manage emails, assist with scheduling, and support patient communication. You must have strong English skills, attention to detail, and be comfortable handling confidential data. Familiarity with HIPAA, PDPA, or GDPR compliance is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to emails and patient inquiries professionally
* Schedule appointments and manage EHR/clinic records
* Support billing and insurance coordination
* Maintain clear communication with patients and medical staff
Requirements:
* Admin experience in a clinic/hospital/healthcare setting
* Excellent English & French communication skills
* Knowledge of HIPAA / PDPA / GDPR compliance (as relevant)
* Proficient in email and scheduling tools
