The Position

As a Medical Representative for our Diabetes portfolio, you will drive business growth and promote Novo Nordisk’s products in the Oujda territory. Your primary responsibility will be to execute an effective sales strategy, engage endocrinologists and other relevant specialists, and ensure ethical and impactful promotion of our therapies. Your main accountabilities:

* You will achieve sales targets and KPI performance and ensure the availability of products in your own territory
* You will develop and implement sales strategies to reach potential customers and manage existing customer relationships
* Build strong, trust-based relationships with endocrinologists, and relevant specialists to promote Novo Nordisk’s diabetes therapies.
* You will respond to customer inquiries, negotiate prices and delivery times, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets
* You will identify and contact prospective customers to build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business



Qualifications

In order to be considered, we expect you to have:

* University degree in science and/or business marketing or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical sector
* Experience working with endocrinologists is essential; cardiology background is a valuable plus.
* Ability to engage with KOLs, present clinical data effectively, and manage long-term customer relationships.
* Based in Oujda (or strong regional knowledge): Candidate should ideally reside in Oujda or have extensive knowledge of the local medical ecosystem.



About The Department

We are located in Morocco, Casablanca in an office of around 45 engaged employees all supporting our affiliates in areas related to P&O, Marketing, Medical, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, IT and Legal. The Business unit is staffed with different backgrounds. Our main objective is to ensure we have the best organisation and right people in place to ensure continued growth in the business area. Our role is to support the affiliate in rolling out and executing the Business-related activities as well as representing the area to the wider Novo Nordisk organisation.
