Job Description:

Done by Native seeks a passionate and experienced French and Arabic Teacher to join our team in Casablanca. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the French and Arabic languages, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of foreign language teaching. As a French and Arabic Teacher (for adult, non-native speakers), you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, facilitating immersive language learning experiences, and fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Candidates must be able to teach in person in Casablanca, during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM).

*Note that candidates must be able to get and maintain Auto Entrepreneur status under Moroccan law.

Responsibilities:

* Develop comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
* Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance language acquisition, including multimedia tools, interactive activities, and authentic materials.
* Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, exams, and other formative assessments, and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom climate that promotes language fluency, cultural appreciation, and mutual respect among students.
* Collaborate with colleagues to integrate French and Arabic language and culture across the curriculum and participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in French, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
* Native or near-native proficiency in French with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Previous experience teaching French and/or Arabic as a foreign language is highly desirable, preferably to adult learners.
* Familiarity with language teaching methodologies, curriculum development, and assessment practices.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with students and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Passion for French language and culture, with a commitment to inspiring lifelong learning and cross-cultural understanding.
* Candidates must be able to teach in person in Casablanca, during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM)
