Food and Beverage Manager

In this position you will be the F&B Manager or Outlet Manager for our Seaside Boutique Hotel and its Kitchen Club Restaurant & Bar as well as our famous BBB (Bohemian Berber Bar) You are responsible for shaping the customer relationship, oversee the daily business and make sure the Restaurant runs smoothly on a daily basis.

Job description:

* Responsible for overseeing the daily business of the Restaurant Service
* Be in direct contact with the bar & kitchen
* Ensure all involved parts are executing the work under our brand guidelines and philosophy
* Work on the customer relation of our Restaurant
* Create weekly team meetings to make sure everything runs smoothly
* Responsible for the Breakfast service, Lunch & Dinner, Celebrations, Events
* Make sure the team reaches the year goals
* Meeting and greeting Guests
* Recruiting, Training and managing your team
* Stock control for goods and equipment

Your Profile: 

* Successfully completed study in hospitality or general business study
* Minimum experience in a similar field of 2-3 years
* Sound knowledge of customer relationship
* Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office
* Independent worker, proactive, team oriented, team leader, stress resistant
* Great affinity and passion for the hospitality industry,
* Fluent in English and French and Moroccan

You will stand out by your social and communication skills as well as your professional behavior in taking over responsibility for our business. Your strategic thinking and organisational skills create a consistent and successful platform for daily business. As an active surfer or Yogi you bring passion to this great market.
