Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, the Financial Controller is the finance business partner of the plant. The successful candidate is a key member of the Leadership Team for the facility, with the role to support the Goals achievement though sharing quality information and proactive insights.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Act as a business partner to plant leadership, delivering proactive financial analysis and insights.
* Own the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow drivers.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
* Identify margin improvement and working capital optimization opportunities.
* Ensure timely monthly closings and deep-dive analysis.
* Support investment decisions and post-investment reviews.
* Promote compliance with internal controls and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Close collaboration with other business finance and central finance teams.
* Managing local finance team (collection , invoicing and Business analyst ).

What You Bring

* Degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering.
* 5+ years of experience in financial controlling within a multinational company.
* Strong analytical skills, ERP knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft 365.
* Fluent English and a keen interest in industrial environments.
* Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix structure and influence without authority.
