A Snapshot of your day
You will support internal management decision-making by producing business performance analysis and delivering economic information of business activities through accounting methods. You will establish management and execution plans and conduct financial supports to maximize business performance.
How Will You Make An Impact?
* Prepare regular reports on management activity plans (sales, marketing spent, profit) and address management issues.
* Participate in monthly and yearly closing and forecast/target planning.
* Provide profit variance analysis by division, product, country.
* Establish and manage a budget plan for company resources like expense and investment.
* Conduct cost accounting and profitability analysis by product/business unit.
* Review financial statements and ensure month-end/year-end closing.
* Prepare management reports and dashboards.
What will you need?
* Strong financial analysis and management reporting capability.
* Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
* Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP).
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, financial modelling).
* Understanding of financial statements, cost allocation, and account reconciliation.
