TCL Technology is a global leader in the consumer electronics industry and one of the world’s top TV manufacturers. As part of our expansion in Morocco, we are looking for a Finance Supervisor – AR to strengthen our finance team and support business growth.

About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Supervisor will play a key role in managing the end-to-end Accounts Receivable cycle, ensuring financial accuracy, strong cash flow management, and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the full Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle: invoicing, reconciliation, posting, payment tracking, and collection
* Monitor overdue receivables and work closely with Sales teams to ensure timely recovery
* Perform aging analysis and support bad debt provisioning
* Verify and record all incoming transactions (bank transfers, cash, cheques) accurately and on time
* Reconcile bank transactions with customer payment evidence
* Ensure proper transaction clearing and accurate accounting records
* Follow up on supplier tax invoices and receipts
* Liaise with external stakeholders (banks, tax authorities, CNSS, SAP, suppliers)
* Prepare and verify payment vouchers for company expenses
* Support payroll calculations and ensure proper declaration of CNSS and personal income tax
* Handle VAT, CIT, and other tax calculations and declarations
* Ensure compliance with Moroccan accounting standards and regulations
* Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes
* Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Finance Manager

Profile

* Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
* Strong experience in Accounts Receivable and financial operations
* Solid knowledge of Moroccan accounting standards and tax requirements
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a strong advantage)
* Familiarity with modern retail channels (e.g. Marjane, Electroplanet) is a plus
* Fluent in French and English (English is mandatory)
* Strong communication and reporting skills
* Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
* Autonomous, proactive, and adaptable
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
