Job Summary:

Lead and manage field operations, ensuring excellence in retail execution, client KPI achievement, and the development of a high-performing field team for Smollan Morocco.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

Field Operations Leadership

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of Assistant Field Managers, Field Supervisors and Merchandisers across the country

• Plan and manage route schedules, call cycles and team deployment for optimal coverage

• Ensure all field activities are executed in line with client standards and Smollan's service agreements

• Conduct regular store audits and field visits to assess execution quality

• Manage and resolve escalated store-level issues and client complaints

Client & KPI Management

• Own and deliver against client KPIs including distribution, share of shelf, and activation compliance

• Prepare and present regular operational performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders

• Participate in client review meetings and represent field operations

• Drive continuous improvement in field execution quality

People Management

• Recruit, onboard, train and develop Assistant Field Managers, Field Supervisors and Merchandisers

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching

• Manage leave, discipline and attendance within the field team

• Build a culture of accountability, professionalism and excellence

Reporting & Administration

• Review and validate field activity reports submitted by Assistant Field Managers & supervisors

• Manage field team expenses within approved budgets

• Maintain accurate records of coverage, availability and performance

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements
