Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing and Administration professional located in Casablanca. The role involves executing social media marketing strategies, managing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing web analytics, and overseeing online marketing efforts. The individual will also handle administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operation of the office and supporting various marketing initiatives. Excellent communication and coordination with team members and other departments are essential day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications
* Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
* Experience in Web Analytics and Online Marketing
* Strong Communication skills
* Good organizational and administrative skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
* Proficiency in relevant digital marketing tools and software
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
* Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
* Phone Etiquette and Communication skills is a must
* Excellent presentation skills
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
* Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
* Organize business travel arrangements in compliance with company policies.
* Maintain office supply inventory by regularly checking stock levels.
* Anticipate supply needs, place orders, and follow up on deliveries to ensure uninterrupted operations.
