We're Hiring: Executive Concierge (Remote – Bilingual French & English)

Full-Time Freelancer | Work-from-Home | 48 hrs/week

Shifts: 8 hours/day between 6 AM – 12 AM (Montreal Time)

What You’ll Do:

As our Executive Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, owners, and sales team — acting as both a problem solver and a brand ambassador.

Your daily tasks:


* Deliver exceptional service via phone, live chat, and ticket systems (Aircall, HubSpot, RMS).
* Assist with reservations and guide guests through the booking cycle.
* Upsell additional services to enhance the guest experience.
* Collaborate with your team to consistently hit KPIs and improve service quality.
* Share local insights to help guests feel at home.


You’re a perfect fit if you:

* Speak fluent French & English (C1–C2 level).
* Have 2+ years in hospitality, customer service, or reservations.
* Are resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented.
* Thrive in fast-paced, remote environments.
* Bring a proactive attitude and ownership mindset.
* Are tech-savvy and comfortable with multi-app workflows.


Bonus Points:

* Experience using HubSpot, Aircall, and RMS.
* Additional languages are a plus.
* Time tracking via DeskTime is required.
