Executive Assistant & Office Operations Manager

A leading international group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Operations Manager to support our growing operations in Morocco. This is a unique dual role, combining high-level executive support to the Country Director with full responsibility for daily office operations and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
* Provide high-quality support to the Country Director: calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation.
* Draft correspondence, presentations, and internal reports.
* Coordinate meetings and follow-up on action points.
Office & Administrative Management
* Oversee the daily running of the office, including supplies, vendors, and facility matters.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Travel & Logistics
* Arrange travel and logistics for local and international staff.
* Support onboarding, visa processes, and country briefings for visitors.
Financial & Procurement Support
* Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking.
* Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure procurement compliance.
Events & HSSE
* Organize internal/external events and ensure health, safety, and compliance procedures are followed.
IT & Systems
* Manage office systems and documentation tools.
* Act as liaison for IT-related support and compliance.
Profile:
* Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of experience in executive support, office management, or logistics coordination.
* Fluent in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with procurement and finance systems is a plus.
* Ability to work independently with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
