Role Overview
We are seeking an Education Representative to design, implement, and manage educational initiatives that equip communities with the skills and knowledge necessary for sustainable employment and entrepreneurship. You will be the bridge between the foundation, educational institutions, and local communities, driving programs that directly contribute to job creation.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage educational programs focused on job creation and workforce development.
* Build and maintain partnerships with schools, universities, vocational institutions, and community organizations.
* Identify skill gaps and local labor market needs to design targeted training initiatives.
* Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement.
* Represent the foundation at events, conferences, and community engagements.
* Collaborate with the communications team to share success stories and promote initiatives.
Qualifications
* PhD, Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience in education, workforce development, or job creation initiatives.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for social impact, education, and community empowerment.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse cultural environments.
