We specialize in premium fountain pens, inks, and notebooks, crafting fine stationery products for over 10 years with constant innovation and refinement. Every product is designed to make writing and creating more magical and whimsical.
Our customers span North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and the UK - from individual stationery enthusiasts and DIY creatives to artsy professionals who share our passion for quality craftsmanship. We serve them through both retail partnerships (B2B) and our rapidly expanding eCommerce (DTC) channels.
We're building a thriving community of 135K Instagram followers who actively engage with our brand daily. We proudly support 350-500 artists through our dynamic ambassador program. Recently, we've partnered with Warner Brothers for licensed Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and Superman collections - our most successful campaigns to date.
OUR COMPANY VALUES guide our team and shape our culture:
* 🌱 Learn new things: Challenge yourself to be better each day.
* 🥷🏾 Strive for mastery: Be intentional and meticulous about what you create.
* 💪🏾 Own your sh*t: Take ownership of your work, effort, and results.
* 🤝🏾 Be part of the solution: Be proactive in solving problems and bring solutions to the table.
* 😤 Put in the work: Challenge your weaknesses and show up powerfully.
We're a hybrid organization with 45-50 teammates headquartered in Toronto, with team members across Canada and Pakistan.
Our culture is performance-driven yet flexible. We're serious about stationery but also a playful, eclectic, and creative bunch. We strive to make our core values part of everyday conversations and follow them diligently. While we work hard, we don't work crazy hours, and our managers don't micromanage. We're always growing, open to learning, and embrace a bit of healthy chaos.
About the Role
We're looking for a remote eCommerce Administrator to manage and maintain our online selling platforms—overseeing our Shopify stores and Amazon Marketplace presence across all digital sales channels.
In this role, you'll execute product launches, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with various teams. You won't be responsible for strategy—that comes from your manager. Your focus is on execution, coordination, troubleshooting, and organization, using web resources to self-unblock when needed.
This is a high-growth opportunity. We're scaling 10x over the next few years: expanding from 800 to 1,600 SKUs, launching major retail partnerships (Walmart, Target), and implementing AI and automation across operations. You'll help build scalable systems while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise-level multi-channel eCommerce. Currently, you'll manage 12 Shopify stores (B2B and DTC across regions), 5 Amazon marketplaces (North America, Australia, Germany, UK, Japan), and coordinate with 11 fulfillment centers. This isn't maintain-the-status-quo—you'll grow as we grow.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE brings 1-2 years of eCommerce experience, particularly with Amazon Seller Central. You're highly organized and excel at managing multiple platforms simultaneously while staying calm under pressure. You troubleshoot independently, using web resources to self-unblock rather than waiting for answers. You know how to prioritize—not everything is an emergency—and you take ownership of problems through to resolution. Detail-oriented with sharp communication skills (you catch they're/there errors), you coordinate across teams in ways that build confidence, not panic. You're tech-savvy, adaptable, and thrive in high-growth environments where complexity scales quickly.
Your performance will be measured by your ability to manage multiple stores efficiently, execute timely product launches and campaigns, maintain system uptime, and effectively coordinate with team members.
You’ll be on our Sales team and will collaborate with our Creative, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Support teams. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales.
You’ll be doing things like:
* Platform Operations & Content Management: Manage Amazon (5+) and Shopify stores (12+) with accurate listings and optimized search; execute product launches; update product information, blogs, descriptions, and policies across all platforms; integrate social media with storefronts; monitor site speed, system uptime, and customer-reported issues.
* System Integration & Tools: Maintain connections between shops and existing systems (fulfillment, warehousing, inventory); manage cross-platform integrations; implement new tools and apps/plugins for enhanced functionality; explore and recommend improvements.
* Channel Expansion: Research and deploy new stores and sales channels (e.g., Walmart, Etsy, Shopee); evaluate emerging platforms; assess regional requirements for international expansion.
* Technical Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve technical issues with minimal downtime; liaise with platform support teams and third-party vendors; coordinate with internal teams (Customer Support, Creative, Marketing, Supply Chain); communicate problems clearly with realistic timelines while managing urgency appropriately.
