• Answer calls, provide remote assistance, and respond to electronic requests.

• Perform remote cleanups as instructed.

• Resolve issues on the first call whenever possible, using knowledge gained during training and consulting available documentation.

• Record problems in the database.

• Demonstrate the ability to understand and retain dynamically changing information related to the support department and organization.

• Maintain a positive attitude and behavior. Show a high level of responsibility for all operational tasks and adhere to expected standards.
