Summary
Responsibilities:
* Develop the sales, catering, and events strategy of all the hotel's points of sale in close collaboration with the operational department managers.
* Foster business with proactive and reactive sales efforts.
* Ensure the deployment of tactics to support the ambitious positioning of our property.
* Establish and monitor effective training programs for employees, in coordination with the training director.
* Support the strengthening of Hyatt's values.
* Meet and exceed all monthly revenue and sales call goals.
* Be the face of the hotel at all industry events with property representation of professionalism and character.
