We’re a digital growth agency helping brands scale smarter with data-driven strategies, SEO, web design, and content. We work across multiple industries and international markets, and we’re looking for someone motivated, creative, and organized to support our marketing execution team.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to grow fast in a real agency environment. You’ll assist in SEO, content strategy, WordPress content uploads, and social media. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, learn by doing, and get direct mentorship, this is your spot.

What You’ll Do

As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you’ll work closely with our strategists and content team on tasks such as:

🧠 Strategy Support

* Help shape and refine marketing strategies for clients across different industries
* Conduct competitive analysis and identify digital opportunities

📱 Social Media Management

* Support with content planning, scheduling, and posting
* Monitor engagement and suggest improvements
* Assist with building visual content using Canva

🔍 Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

* Perform keyword research using tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, or SurferSEO
* Help with on-page SEO: titles, meta descriptions, content optimization
* Support in creating briefs and uploading optimized content
* Track results and contribute to reporting

🌐 Website Support

* Use WordPress & Elementor to edit and manage client websites
* Upload new content, fix structure, and improve performance where needed

📊 Coordination & Internal Tasks

* Use Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) for team collaboration
* Communicate with team members to help keep projects on track
* Take part in brainstorming sessions and weekly meetings

Who You Are

* Comfortable using Canva (MUST)
* Experienced with WordPress + Elementor (MUST)
* Familiar with SEO tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, Frase, or SurferSEO
* Confident with Google Workspace tools (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
* Bonus: Experience working in a digital agency or with multiple clients
* Organized, creative, curious, and eager to learn
