This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to follow structured guidelines. No prior AI or technical experience needed — just reliability, focus, and a commitment to doing good work.

What You'll Do
* Categorize and label text, images, or audio data using predefined tag sets and annotation guidelines
* Annotate datasets accurately and consistently to support AI model training
* Maintain high quality and precision across large volumes of structured tasks
* Participate in calibration exercises to ensure alignment with project quality standards
* Work independently and asynchronously on flexible, task-based assignments at your own pace
Who You Are
* Detail-oriented with the patience and focus to work systematically through structured tasks
* Able to follow annotation instructions precisely and consistently
* Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms
* Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
* No prior data labeling, AI, or tech experience required
Nice to Have
* Experience with quality assurance, data entry, or research
* Familiarity with AI tools or content platforms as an end user
* Background in writing, editing, or critical analysis
