Key Responsibilities:


* Provide high-quality support to clients via phone, email, and live chat
* Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and work to resolve them promptly
* Develop comprehensive knowledge of MyOutDesk's products and services to assist customers effectively
* Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
* Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service and client satisfaction

Requirements


* Prior experience in customer support or a related field
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive attitude
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in CRM tools and customer support software
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred
