The purpose of the Customer service & Admin is The achievement of the highest possible level of Operations efficiency, reporting, accelerate the sharing of best practices and culture of continuous improvement. Assure the local admin requirements are fulfilled.
This role is a hybrid, but the office is based in Casablanca. This position provides both crucial support to our customers via processing and follwoing up on orders, as well as facilitate day to day administrative duties to the office and office suppliers.
Objectives and Responsibilites
Sales Order Management
* Following standard customer verification checklist verify customer PO received against quotation prior to converting to sales orders
* Check against customer credit limit and notify finance department accordingly
* Responsible for checking and monitoring of customer’s open orders from backlogs, credit hold, down payment.
* Processing orders in a timely and correct way by using CRM, ERP.
* Generate inventory pick list for sales from stock orders and kept in common folders
* Coordinate with Operation team in order backlog review to ensure incoming stocks meets customer’s delivery request date.
* Ensure all order delivery are on time as per requested date and response to customer immediately if any delivery delays from factory
* Request Logistics executive to expedite for orders not meeting customer’s request date for further action after numerous follow up without improvement.
* Responsible to response to customer PO with order acknowledgement to customer for all orders within 48 hours
General Administration Support
* Office maintenance, refreshment/pantry replenishment arrangement
* Coordination of logistics, transportation, hotel, food & beverage arrangement for Company’s branch activities
* Responsible for the Long-term contracts ( Office , cars lease )
Key Accountabilites
* Customer Service, General office Purchasing, Admin roles such as reception, office management, event management.
Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering/Science/Business/Commercial discipline or equivalent
experience
* Strong background in ERP systems
* Awareness of continuous improvement tools and methods.
