Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Tangier. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role involves handling various customer communication channels and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

* Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress efficiently
* Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
* Experience in a customer service role is preferred
