Requirements


* Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a remote or virtual environment
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
* Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
* Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
* Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers
* Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus
